Just a mini post. Ella was Carmen Miranda for Halloween. I dyed a white onsie and some ruffle material red for the suit, made the headband with fabric scraps and the little green bracelet had jingle bells inside so she could play with it like a rattle. She totally hammed it up for the photos, but I really should have taken them during the day when there was better lighting. Oh well. She made me laugh so hard in real life.

haha. that second photo is so wonderful. great job with the costume! i'm calling tomorrow with a few show questions. were you still planning on the zoo this week, or do you think it's too cold?
